What You'll Do
As a Delivery Driver, you'll safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle while delivering packages to homes and businesses throughout your assigned route.
Responsibilities include:
- Safely operate a company delivery vehicle
- Load and organize packages for efficient deliveries
- Deliver packages safely, accurately, and on time
- Follow assigned delivery routes using GPS and company technology
- Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop
- Maintain delivery accuracy and required documentation
- Communicate with dispatch regarding delays or route concerns
- Inspect and maintain the cleanliness of your delivery vehicle
- Follow all DOT, FedEx Ground, and company safety procedures
- Represent Hope Transport and Blueprint Logistics professionally in the community
Qualifications
We're looking for dependable individuals who are motivated, safety-focused, and ready to work.
Requirements include:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous delivery, courier, Amazon DSP, UPS, FedEx, USPS, or transportation experience is a plus—but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
This position requires:
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling packages weighing up to 150 lbs. (with appropriate equipment)
- Frequent walking, climbing in and out of a delivery vehicle, bending, kneeling, and reaching
- Working in various weather conditions throughout the year
