We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Part-Time (24 hours/week) Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our full family practice clinic in DeLeon Springs, Florida. This position follows a consistent daytime schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., offering the work-life balance many clinicians are looking for.

General Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care through examinations, evaluations, diagnoses, treatment planning, and follow-up visits across primary care, acute care, chronic disease management, and work-related injury care.
- Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studies, prescribe medications as appropriate, and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical judgment.
Qualifications
- Candidates must be a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Florida.
- For Nurse Practitioners: candidates must have completed Florida’s required 3,000 hours of physician-supervised practice and be eligible to apply for autonomous practice status.
- For Physician Assistants: candidates must have completed Florida’s required 2,000 hours of physician-supervised practice.
