Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Game Day Intern to assist the Director of Game Day Operations in executing smooth and memorable game-day experiences. This hands-on role offers valuable exposure to event coordination, marketing activation, and fan engagement in a fast-paced sports environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with pre-game arena setup, including sales and marketing tables, signage, and other event materials.
- Execute door giveaways and in-game promotions tied to corporate partnerships.
- Support intermission activities by recruiting participants, ensuring safety compliance, and managing timely cleanup.
- Help manage Silvertips property storage after games to maintain equipment and materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Game Day Operations.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays for all home games and events.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in sports, events, or entertainment industries is a plus.
- Previous event or customer service experience is a bonus but not required.
