Bopes Family Solutions is a non-medical in home care team. We specialize in working with clients who are living with Dementia. Some clients live in a senior care community while others live in their home. Duties
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Observe clients for any changes in health or behavior, documenting findings accurately
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
- Support mobility and transfers of the client as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks like cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces
Experience
- Prior experience in home health care, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or group homes is required
- Knowledge of patient observation techniques, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring is essential
- Familiarity with care plans development and implementation for individuals with complex medical or behavioral needs
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or chronic conditions such as dementia or hospice care is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining excellent communication skills with clients, families, and team members
- Proven track record of providing compassionate direct support while adhering to safety protocols and privacy standards
- Proven track record of strong attendance and dependability

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
