Kitchen Staff Qualifications/Responsibilities :
Cooking experience needed with at least one year in a casual dining restaurant.
Experience on a flat top grill, prep skills (includes following recipes, specific instructions)
Multi tasker
Passion and pride in their presentations and food
Reliable transportation
Able to lift up to 25 lbs
Able to work on their feet for up to 8 hours at a time
Has some experience with KDS screens (Kitchen display systems)
Fun, upbeat team player
Go-getter, takes initiative and willing to cross train in the kitchen
Other functions assigned by management.
Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
