Highly Esteemed organization is seeking a dedicated, friendly, and professional Airport VIP Greeter to welcome our clients and assist them from the airport terminal to their designated chauffeured vehicle.
The ideal candidate will be polished, dependable, comfortable working in a luxury hospitality environment, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Professionally greet VIP clients upon arrival
Assist guests with luggage and connecting with their chauffeur
Coordinate with chauffeurs and the dispatch team to ensure a smooth pickup
Use an iPad or tablet to display guest names and manage arrival information
Provide clear directions and assistance while maintaining professionalism and discretion
Remain informed of flight arrivals, terminal locations, and airport procedures
Be available to work at JFK and LaGuardia airports
Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable using an iPad or tablet
Able to travel between JFK and LaGuardia airports
Open availability five to six days per week, including weekends
Availability between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
Must meet all applicable health and airport-access requirements
Work locations: JFK and LaGuardia airports
