What You'll Do
- Build and develop your own client base through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
- Conduct client consultations to understand their financial goals and recommend personalized life insurance solutions.
- Educate families and business owners on coverage options and help them make informed financial decisions.
- Build long-term relationships by delivering exceptional customer service before and after the sale.
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems.
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide the highest level of professional service.
We're Looking For
- Active Life Insurance License (required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer applications
- Passion for helping families protect their financial future
