Job Summary
Bud Technology is a licensed cannabis distribution company seeking a reliable Packaging & Fulfillment Technician to support daily warehouse operations. This role includes picking, packing, labeling, weighing, and preparing cannabis products for shipment while maintaining compliance with California DCC and METRC requirements. Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
- Verify product accuracy and compliance
- Assist with receiving and product intake
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate records
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant
- Scan products and follow METRC/SOP procedures
- Lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Support warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications
- Warehouse, fulfillment, or packaging experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with DCC regulations and METRC (preferred)
- Basic comfort with Slack, Teams/Zoom, email, and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
- Must meet all cannabis industry employment requirements
