Montro Protection is seeking an experienced, confident, and highly motivated Security Site Supervisor to oversee security operations at one of New York City’s premier corporate properties.
This is more than a supervisory position—it is an opportunity to lead by example, develop officers, build strong client relationships, and ensure the highest standards of professionalism, accountability, and customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily security operations, supervising security personnel, maintaining operational excellence, and serving as the liaison between the client, security staff, and company management.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Daily Operations
- Supervise and oversee all Security Officers assigned to the account.
- Conduct daily roll call before the building opens to review assignments, operational updates, expectations, and post coverage.
- Ensure all security posts are staffed and operating in accordance with client and company standards.
- Monitor officer performance throughout each shift and provide coaching, guidance, and corrective action when necessary.
- Maintain a visible leadership presence and serve as the primary point of contact for on-duty security personnel.
- Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
Security Operations
- Oversee the daily operation of both Security Control Rooms to ensure all systems, communications, and procedures are functioning properly.
- Monitor access control systems, CCTV, alarms, and other security technologies.
- Conduct routine inspections of security posts and identify operational or safety concerns.
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, alarms, and client concerns while ensuring timely and appropriate resolution.
- Coordinate with client representatives, management, and emergency responders when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, client directives, and site-specific procedures.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and shift coverage.
- Help ensure appropriate staffing levels, including coverage for call-outs and operational needs.
- Communicate staffing concerns, operational updates, and incident information to management.

Minimum Qualifications
Required
- Active New York State Security Guard License.
- Current F-03 Certificate of Fitness.
- Previous Security Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Field Supervisor, Account Manager, or equivalent leadership experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong report-writing abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Must be available to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule based on operational needs.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred
- Experience supervising security operations at corporate, commercial, luxury residential, hospitality, museum, or other high-profile properties.
- Knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, alarm monitoring, and emergency response procedures.
- CPR/First Aid Certification.
