B Kube Trucking, LLC is a locally owned and operated FedEx Ground Contracted Service Provider serving Northern Wisconsin some areas of upper Michigan. We are currently hiring full-time delivery drivers to join our growing team.

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening
- Clean driving record
- Ability to safely lift and carry packages up to 150 lbs.
- Basic ability to use a handheld scanner or tablet
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
No CDL is required. Previous delivery or commercial driving experience is preferred but not required.
Candidates understand that package delivery is a physically active position. Some days are shorter, while others are longer depending on package volume, weather, road conditions, and operational needs. Drivers are expected to safely complete their assigned route each day while maintaining FedEx service standards.
Position Summary
B Kube Trucking operates FedEx Ground delivery routes throughout Northern Wisconsin. Route assignments are based on operational needs and may change as business demands require. Drivers should be willing and able to service different routes and delivery areas as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary starting at $46,800
- Bonus opportunities with potential earnings up to $50,400 annually
- 1 week paid vacation after 1 year of employment
- 2 weeks paid vacation after 2 years
- 3 weeks paid vacation after 5 years
- 4 weeks paid vacation after 10 years
