Responsibilities
- Prospect and sell community solar.
- Manager and inspire our growing residential sales team.
- Drive regional revenue growth and exceed sales goals.
- Conduct field coaching and ride-alongs.
- Develop sales strategies and monitor key performance metrics.
- Build a culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and results.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on growth initiatives.
- Travel throughout the assigned region.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful sales and management experience.
- Proven success leading outside sales, residential a plus!
- Strong coaching and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
