Voyage Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead key clinical support departments. The role plays a key leadership role in coordinating daily operations, supporting staff development, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Salary Range for this position is $79,000 - $96,000 per year, based on years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate the daily operations of the Patient Call Center, ACC, and Clinical Support RN departments

Recommend, hire, orient, and train staff

Evaluate staff performance in conjunction with the Nurse Manager and Director of Nursing Operations

Ensure clinic compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations

Implement, plan, and evaluate educational information with the assistance of the Nurse Manager and Director of Nursing Operations
Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required

Current Minnesota RN license, maintained as required by state law

1+ years of supervisor experience required

Experience with telephone triage and/or anticoagulation principles beneficial but not required

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of nursing principles, clinical policies, and procedures
