Conduct technical inspections of components received from our factories, ensuring compliance with specifications.

Use measurement instruments such as calipers, pin gauges, optical comparator, and durometers to verify dimensions and surface conditions.

Identify quality issues, document results, and produce reports that drive corrective actions.

Communicate findings to suppliers and customers; manage returns and coordinate resolution steps.

Balance multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-moving environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Minimum 2 years in QA or QC for metal and/or plastic components.

Familiarity with materials, surface finishes, quality standards, and general ISO knowledge.

Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work both independently and with a team.

MS Excel and Outlook proficiency; comfortable with Windows-based ERP systems. NetSuite is a plus.

Experience handling customer complaints and vendor rejections of material is a plus.
