Position Summary
This role is ideal for an injector who enjoys creating long-term aesthetic treatment plans rather than simply performing treatments. You'll work alongside an experienced team of providers utilizing some of the industry's most advanced technologies while building meaningful relationships with patients who value comprehensive aesthetic care.
What You'll Do
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including:
- Neuromodulators
- Dermal fillers
- Biostimulators
- Microneedling + PRP / PRFM / Growth Factors
- RF Microneedling
- Chemical peels
- Lasers
- Develop customized, long-term treatment plans focused on facial balancing, skin health, and natural results.
- Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, and maintenance plans.
- Deliver exceptional patient experiences with personalized follow-up and ongoing care.
- Maintain the highest standards of safety, clinical excellence, and compliance.
Qualifications
- Active California RN, NP, or PA license.
- Minimum 3 years of aesthetic injecting experience.
- Strong foundation in facial anatomy and injectable techniques.
- Experience with skin resurfacing and pigmentation correction treatments, including:
- Cynosure Potenza RF Microneedling
- Microneedling with PRFM and growth factors
- Sciton Moxi
- Sciton BBL HERO
- Sciton HALO Tribrid platform (preferred)
- Passion for ongoing education and staying current with industry advancements.
- Excellent communication, consultation, and relationship-building skills.
- Professional, polished, and patient-centered approach.
