About Us
The Maids is a small, family-owned cleaning company serving families and small businesses across St. Charles County and St. Louis. We are locally owned and operated, not a corporate call center, and we hold ourselves to a standard most cleaning companies do not: a full detail clean on every single visit, every time.
Because we are small, everyone on our team wears more than one hat, including us. You will get to know your coworkers and our customers by name, and the work you do will have a direct, visible impact on our business. Our teams of 3 to 4 trained cleaners arrive in company owned vehicles, are background checked, and are fully bonded and insured. We are growing, and we need someone who can grow with us.
Our culture is built on accountability, teamwork, and taking real pride in the work we do for our customers. If you want a role where your sales instincts and your organizational skills both matter, and where the work you do directly grows a local business, we would love to hear from you.
