Perfetto is seeking an experienced Assistant Construction Superintendent/Senior Field Engineer professionalthat has strong interpersonal skills and possesses a solid business acumen in Staten Island, NY.
- Minimum 4+ years heavy civil experience as an Assistant Superintendent/FE
- Utility, water/sewer experience required
- Basic understanding of survey/sitework
- Experience with pile driving/sheeting installation
- Knowledge of Local NYC unions required
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, standard means & methods); owner procedures and standards; company policies, and union jurisdiction, labor agreements.
- Must have excellent communication, organizational, supervisory, and planning skills required.
- Excellent management skills.
- The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit & climb as necessary.
- The employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- At times will be working around large construction equipment, must be safety conscience.
- Subject to outside working conditions.
- Team player who understands and supports corporate safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Strong Computer skills.
$85,000-$120,000
