Case Manager Supervisor – Youth Wraparound
This position requires a bachelor’s in human services. 1 year of relevant social services experience with children and families preferred. Wraparound certified preferred, knowledge of parent protective factors. Ideal candidate must have excellent engagement skills, team player, and time management skills. Case Manager Supervisor will provide oversight and support to wraparound case managers and facilitators in helping youth and families with complex needs have a better life by ensuring access to the most appropriate resources through the development of a coordinated plan that is based on the strengths, needs, culture and preferences of the child and family served. Support with daily operations and contract compliance. Assist in onboarding of wraparound facilitators and specific training functions designed to help staff reach maximum performance levels. A valid Florida driver’s license and auto liability insurance are required.
