Job Description
- Detail - oriented, communication-focused, fully bilingual in Korean and English
- Review incoming claims for completeness and accuracy, verifying all required documentation such as medical records, billing information, and supporting paperwork
- Translating hospital reports, bills and securely uploading documents
- Place phone calls to hospitals and clients to verify billing details, request documents, insurance coverage and resolve claims efficiently.
- Utilize word processing programs to draft, format, and complie detailed Claim Reoprts in Korean.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously
