Duties
- Stock shelves with grocery products, produce, and merchandise according to store standards
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely to load and unload shipments
- Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory levels and update stock records in real-time
- Assist with inventory control by conducting regular stock counts and managing product rotation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, including packing stations and warehouse zones
- Support shipping and receiving activities by loading, unloading, and verifying incoming deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about product locations and store layout
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or retail store experience preferred, especially in stocking or inventory management roles
- Ability to operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF scanners safely and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control tasks
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and standing for extended periods
- Basic math skills for retail math calculations related to stock levels and pricing
- Knowledge of grocery store operations, merchandising, and product knowledge is advantageous
