This role focuses on building relationships with contractors, dealers, architects, and engineers while driving product specification and sales growth.
We are seeking a motivated, professional self-starter who thrives independently, values teamwork, and is eager to learn. Prior construction materials sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong communication skills and a commitment to success.

About the Role
The Territory Sales Representative will work closely with the Operations team in addition to connecting and building relationships with contractors and distributors.
Responsibilities:
· Visit varying job sites
· Lead effective product presentations and demonstrations (train – how to use products)
· Attend local and national construction shows as needed
· Create product forecasts (both weekly and annually) and delivery schedules.
· Overnight travel as needed
· Create new business connections as well as maintain and grow existing business
About You
The ideal candidate is passionate about sales and relationship-building, with the ability to develop strong partnerships with key decision-makers and industry influencers.
We Require:
· 3 - 5 years sales/marketing experience.
· Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred
· Bachelor's degree preferred
· Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
· Experience in the construction materials industry is preferred
· Ability to lift or carry 80 lbs.
· Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs are required

Pay: $62,925.54 - $110,000.00 per year
