Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA/LBA to join our growing clinical team. The ideal candidate is passionate about applied behavior analysis, skilled in clinical supervision, and eager to make a meaningful impact across diverse environments. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, training staff and families, and monitoring progress across in-home, school, and community-based settings.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Skills-Based Assessments (e.g., ABLLS, VB-MAPP, AFLS).
- Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans based on assessment results.
- Supervise and provide clinical oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and/or Certified Behavior Technicians.
- Provide direct support and training to families, caregivers, and educators.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, therapists, and other professionals.
- Monitor and analyze data to guide treatment decisions and ensure effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards as outlined by the BACB and local/state licensing bodies.
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning when applicable.
- Travel to client homes, schools, and community sites as required.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- State LBA license (willing to help obtain for right candidate).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing ABA services in multiple settings preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
