Experienced Residential HVAC Installer
$30–$40/Hour | $120K–$130K Potential Earnings | Year-Round Work
Vertex Mechanical is looking for a seasoned Residential HVAC Installer to take ownership of complete HVAC replacement and installation projects. What You'll Do
You'll be responsible for leading residential HVAC installations and making sure each project meets our standards for workmanship, safety, and customer care.

Lead residential HVAC system installations from equipment delivery through final startup.

Install heating and cooling equipment in accordance with manufacturer requirements and applicable codes.

Work alongside other installers and coordinate with the office and field teams to keep projects on schedule.

Walk homeowners through their new system, explain basic operation, and address questions before wrapping up the job.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and respectful of the customer's home.

Identify and resolve installation issues while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship.

Set the example for professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail on every job.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who can confidently take the lead on residential installations and understands what quality HVAC workmanship looks like.
Required qualifications:

3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience

EPA Certification
-
Solid mechanical and troubleshooting abilities

Strong understanding of residential HVAC installation practices

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Professional, dependable approach to working in customers' homes

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right
