Our small primary care office is looking for a Medical Assistant to join our team as our longtime MA — with over 20 years of service — heads into retirement. Position Details
Schedule: Part-time, morning shifts
Location: 1103 Trancas Street, Suite B, Napa, CA 94558 — conveniently located near Queen of the Valley Medical Center
Setting: Small, close-knit primary care office
What You'll Do
- Assist providers with patient intake, vitals, and exam prep
- Room patients and prepare charts
- Support basic clinical procedures and specimen collection
- Data Entry and Communication within an Electronic Medical Record
- Handle patient communication with warmth and professionalism
- Assist with prescription refill requests and referrals
- Assist with reception as needed
- Communicate with Insurance providers
What We're Looking For
- Certified or registered Medical Assistant (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Comfortable in a small-office environment where you wear multiple hats
- Strong communication skills and a genuine, caring bedside manner
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Prior primary care experience a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
