Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our dynamic team in providing high-quality behavioral services. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and overseeing individualized behavior intervention plans for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations, to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies
- Implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to promote skill acquisition and reduce problematic behaviors
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments
- Provide clinical supervision and training to BCaBA staff and behavior technicians, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards
- Collaborate closely with families, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans and facilitate consistent support across environments such as home and school
- Conduct intake assessments to determine client eligibility and develop initial treatment plans aligned with individual goals
- Maintain accurate medical records, ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, and document all client interactions thoroughly
Skills
- Extensive experience working with children with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders
- Strong knowledge of behavior intervention strategies grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Proficiency in conducting behavioral psychological assessments and functional assessments like FBA
- Excellent data collection skills for tracking client progress through detailed medical documentation and records management
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, schools, and medical professionals about treatment plans and behavioral health strategies
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to behavioral health settings and documentation requirements
- Experience working in home-based settings or school environments supporting children with disabilities

Pay: $69,518.39 - $100,000.00 per year
