Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the office to ensure efficient workflow, exceptional patient service, and compliance with MVS standards.
- Supervise and support administrative and clinical support staff while fostering a positive team environment.
- Manage provider schedules, staffing coverage, and office resources to ensure optimal patient flow and productivity.
- Monitor front office functions, including patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and day to day functions.
- Maintain a safe and professional environment
- Address patient concerns and resolve operational issues in a timely, professional manner
- Collaborate with physicians and leadership to implement office goals, policies, and performance initiatives
- Analyze office performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase efficiency
- Oversee inventory management, vendor relationships, and supply ordering to support daily operations
- Lead staff meetings, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development efforts
- Maintain high standards of patient satisfaction through strong communication, organization, and leadership
Qualifications
- Leadership & Management Skills
- Previous healthcare experience
- EMR experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Reliable, organized, and patient-focused
- Valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation required
