We are a busy Chiropractic Neurology office looking to have a Medical Assistant/Receptionist join our team. Previous experience is preferred, but not required.
In our practice, we treat a lot of neurological complaints, traumas, and injuries. This can vary from concussions, mTBI, migraines/headaches, dizziness, vertigo, and vestibular issues. We also treat patients with chronic conditions and acute injuries. Most of our patients are treating for a Workers’ compensation injury, but we also treat self-pay, MVAs and patients with health insurance.
The hired candidate will be trained in passive therapies, diagnostic testing as well as other treatments. You will be trained in clerical work as well with front desk protocols, medical records, EMR/EHR software, answering phones, etc. This position is split both clerical and clinical.

- HIPAA knowledge
- Previous Medical Office Experience (preferred)
- Typing skills (preferred)
Hours: Our office may close as early as 5 pm or as late as 7 pm depending on the patients. Please know that while the hours do fluctuate, we are a very understanding and flexible business.
- Monday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm
- Tuesday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
- Wednesday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm
- Thursday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm
- Friday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
