Part-Time Afternoon Warehouse Associate
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Hours are fixed and require consistent, on-time attendance.
Total Nutrition Inc. is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Afternoon Warehouse Associate to support our shipping, receiving, inventory, and production operations.
Responsibilities
- Pick, verify, pack, label, and stage customer, wholesale, Amazon, and Walmart orders for carrier pickup.
- Receive deliveries, confirm quantities, inspect materials for damage or discrepancies, and store them in the correct locations.
- Load, unload, and safely move boxes, pallets, finished products, and supplies.
- Restock production and shipping materials, including bottles, caps, labels, seals, cartons, tape, desiccants, and cotton.
- Assist with inventory counts and promptly report shortages, damage, or discrepancies.
- Support production with labeling, sealing, boxing, case packing, and palletizing as needed.
- Maintain organized shelves, workstations, pallet locations, shipping areas, and production materials.
- Keep the warehouse clean and safe by sweeping, mopping, removing trash, breaking down boxes, and keeping aisles, exits, and loading areas clear.
- Review the next day’s production schedule and stage all required products, packaging materials, labels, and paperwork.
- Verify staged materials against the work order, including product name, SKU, strength, lot number, expiration date, bottle size, label, and quantity.
- Perform routine quality checks to confirm that products, labels, packaging, seals, and quantities are correct.
- Keep production jobs clearly separated and identified to prevent product, label, lot, or packaging mix-ups.
- Set aside damaged, incorrect, mislabeled, or questionable materials and notify management or Quality Assurance.
- Complete required shipping, receiving, inventory, quality, and cleaning records accurately.
- Perform other warehouse and production duties as assigned.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
