Call Center Representative / Appointment Setter

Location: 1719 Ginesi Drive, Freehold, NJ 07728
IMPORTANT: This is an IN-PERSON POSITION ONLY. This is NOT a remote role.
Our call center is currently located in Freehold, New Jersey and is scheduled to relocate to our new office in Holmdel, NJ in July 2026.
Compensation
$16.00 per hour plus demo and sales commission

About The Position
Big Wave Roofing & Solar is expanding, and our call center is now operating under new management with an experienced leadership team focused on growth, performance, and professional development.
We are seeking experienced appointment setters, customer service professionals, telemarketers, call center agents, inside sales representatives, and phone-based customer service professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This role supports our field marketing teams by handling:
Inbound Calls
- Receiving calls from field representatives and homeowners
- Scheduling appointments
- Confirming customer information
- Managing appointment requests
Outbound Calls
- Appointment confirmations
- Appointment reminders
- Rescheduling appointments
- Lead follow-up
- Resetting previously canceled appointments
What We’re Looking For
- Previous call center, appointment setting, inside sales, customer service, collections, insurance, home improvement, solar, roofing, real estate, or telemarketing experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to memorize and follow scripts
- Positive attitude and professional phone presence
- Reliable attendance
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks efficiently
Paid Training

- Industry knowledge
- Appointment-setting best practices
No solar or roofing experience is required. We will teach the industry. We are looking for professionals who know how to communicate effectively and set quality appointments.
