BARTENDER WANTED - Historic Downtown Issaquah
Super fun, laid back, 93-year-old Dive Bar with Sports Bar feeling is looking to add a new team member.
We offer position :
Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 4:00 pm to 2am
$17.13 per hour plus 100% of tips.
We are an excellent high tipping house with many solid, long-term customers.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Open availability, a plus
3 years of solid bartending required.
Current MAST & Food Handler’s Permit.
Must have confidence behind a busy bar & maturity to sometimes work alone.
Must have strong cocktail and spirits knowledge.
Must be able to stand for long shifts and lift 40lbs (kegs/cases). Must be able to multi-task - take food orders, bus tables, ring customers out, plus carry-on friendly conversations with customers and above all, ID all new customers & cut off the ones that appear to be intoxicated without being intimidating or missing a beat.
Sense of humor a must!!
