Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with enthusiasm and precision. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse distribution activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing clear managerial communication and fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Oversee the operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners to ensure safe and efficient movement of goods.
- Implement process improvements using lean management principles to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline workflows.
- Maintain accurate inventory control through regular audits and utilization of warehouse management systems (QuickBooks)/inventory management system.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and safety regulations by conducting safety training sessions and enforcing proper procedures for heavy lifting and materials handling.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate shipping & receiving schedules, optimize distribution center operations, and improve overall logistics performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse operations with a strong background in inventory management systems, warehouse management systems (QuickBooks), and logistics coordination.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with prior experience as a warehouse supervisor or manager, including team management and managerial communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, planning, and documentation purposes.
- Valid certification for forklift operation; experience operating material handling equipment is essential.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse environments, heavy lifting, and materials handling practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to implement process improvements effectively.
- Ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting and long periods of standing or walking throughout the shift.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
