Seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong PBM/Health Plan experience to lead complex, multi-vendor healthcare implementations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in pharmacy claims, NCPDP standards, project governance, testing, and go-live execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end PBM and healthcare implementation projects.
- Manage project plans, timelines, RAID logs, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate business, IT, operations, and third-party vendors.
- Oversee SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-production support.
- Drive executive reporting, stakeholder communication, and project governance.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of Project Management experience.
- Healthcare/PBM or Health Plan experience.
- Multi-vendor implementation experience.
- NCPDP D.0, F6, Batch, and SCRIPT.
- Claims adjudication platforms (RxClaim, JUDI, or Abarca).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Agile and Waterfall experience.
- PMP preferred.
