About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to support the design and development of ruggedized electronic systems for advanced defense and ordnance applications. This role requires strong expertise in analog/digital circuit design, power electronics, testing, troubleshooting, and technical leadership in a fast-paced engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical hardware design and development activities
- Design ruggedized analog and digital electronic systems
- Perform circuit simulations, tolerance analysis, and testing
- Develop and execute test plans and generate technical reports
- Troubleshoot hardware issues and support root cause analysis
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Participate in design reviews and engineering change processes
- Mentor junior engineers and support project execution
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
