495 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram – Lowell, MA495 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking a motivated, dependable, and hardworking Lot Attendant / Building & Facilities Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on position that plays a critical role in maintaining our dealership's appearance, organization, and daily operations.Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize dealership inventory on the lot.
- Line up, move, and stage vehicles for display and customer delivery.
- Transport vehicles to and from auctions and other locations as needed.
- Maintain the dealership property, including:
- Snow removal during winter months.
- Lawn mowing and landscaping maintenance.
- Picking up trash and keeping the grounds clean and presentable.
- Ensuring the facility remains organized, safe, and professional.
- Provide shuttle transportation for customers when required.
- Assist various departments with vehicle movement and general dealership needs.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Highly energetic, self-motivated, and dependable.
- Excellent driving record with a valid driver's license.
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift, walk, and remain active throughout the day.
