Position Overview
This is a performance-based insurance agent role with long-term earning and growth potential.
Our agents are paid on commission, and full-time agents who stay consistent typically earn between $100,000 and $200,000+ per year with no income cap.
You'll be trained to:
- Speak with clients who have requested information
- Educate clients on life and health insurance options
- Build trust-based client relationships
- Help individuals and families secure appropriate coverage
- Develop high-income, transferable sales skills
This role is a strong fit for people who are self-motivated, coachable, and willing to put in consistent effort.
What You'll Be Doing
- Connecting with prospective clients
- Explaining insurance products clearly and ethically
- Participating in training, coaching, and team calls
- Managing your own schedule and daily activity
