What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading day-to-day operations during daytime shifts
- Opening the store and getting the day started the right way
- Managing prep, cleanliness, food quality, and organization
- Ensuring the store is fully stocked and ready for the dinner rush
- Helping with pizza making, order prep, phones, customer service, and carryout
- Delegating tasks and supporting team members when scheduled with others
- Handling downtime productively and keeping the shift moving
- Following company procedures and food safety standards
- Communicating important updates to the night team and management
- Helping create a positive, accountable, and high-energy work environment

- Reliable and consistently on time
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Comfortable working alone during slower daytime hours
- Able to stay productive without constant supervision
