Candidate Requirements
- Must have authorization to work in the United States
- Valid U.S. driver's license is required
- Must successfully complete a drug test
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old
Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles safely while completing assigned delivery routes
- Load, sort, and transport packages weighing up to 50 pounds
- Follow company safety standards and operational procedures
- Adapt to changing routes, schedules, and delivery instructions
- Cooperate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations
Position Summary
The Delivery Associate is responsible for ensuring packages reach customers accurately and within designated timeframes while maintaining a high level of customer service. This role reports to the Delivery Manager and requires safe driving habits, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle the physical demands of package delivery. Prior experience in delivery, transportation, logistics, or warehouse environments is advantageous but not necessary.
