Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates through various channels.
- Facilitate onboarding processes such as employee orientation and training & development programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Manage employee evaluation cycles, performance management initiatives, and succession planning strategies to promote continuous growth.
- Oversee benefits administration and payroll processing using HR systems to ensure accurate data entry and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with employment & labor law regulations.
- Support HR legal compliance management by handling confidential information with integrity and ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
- Drive change management projects and organization design initiatives that enhance workforce management and strategic planning efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management.
- Demonstrated skills in human capital management, project management, and strategic planning.
- Advanced Excel data analysis skills are preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle conflict management and employee relations effectively.
- Knowledge of benefits administration, payroll processing systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in data collection and personnel administration tasks.
- Relevant certifications in HR are a plus; familiarity with OSHA standards is advantageous.
