Youngblood Excavating & Contracting is looking to hire an experienced pre-engineered metal building crew Foreman. We are looking for hardworking, reliable individual to manage steel building crew. This is a full time position that offers competitive wages and the option for full benefits after 60 days of employment.
Responsibilities:

Managing crew of 4-6 people

Assist with scheduling of materials & equipment needed for the job

Working at height to erect and connecting steel components

Completing all paperwork in timely manner

Experience with blueprint reading

Rig and run tag lines
-
Abide to all safety protocols

Must be able to install sheet metal, wall panels, standing seam roofing, trim, gutter systems and insulation.

Experience with necessary equipment: Lull, man lift, scissor lift, etc.

Operate heavy equipment

Work outdoors in all weather conditions & extreme temperatures
Requirements:

Ability to read a tape measure

Experience with steel structure erection
-
Not afraid of heights
-
Good coordination skills Basic Metal Assembly

Basic knowledge of Lifts and Telebooms

Ability to work well in a team and demonstrate a positive attitude

Can stay calm under pressure and still make good decisions

Ability to work long hours determined by the scope of work

Ability to read plans would be a bonus
Experience:

Rigging & boom lift operation: 2 years (Preferred)

Construction: 2 years (Preferred)
