Location: Orland Inn, Orland, CA

Job Summary:
The Orland Inn is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maid to join our housekeeping team. The Maid will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms, common areas, and in-house laundry facilities. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing excellent service to ensure our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
-Room Cleaning: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Laundry Services: Manage in-house laundry facilities, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and towels.
- Common Areas: Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, such as parking lot, picnic area, walkways, and public areas.
- Supply Management: Replenish guest supplies, such as toiletries, towels, and bedding.
- Inspections: Inspect guest rooms and common areas to ensure they meet the motel's cleanliness standards.
- Guest Requests: Respond to guest requests for additional items or services in a timely and courteous manner.
- Inventory: Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linens to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Safety and Security: Follow all safety and sanitation policies, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with in-house laundry operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Work Schedule:
- This is a full-time or part-time position with variable shifts.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
