Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare detailed reports on daily revenue, occupancy, and other key performance indicators for management review.
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously, fostering positive guest relations.
- Maintain phone etiquette while handling multi-line phone systems to coordinate reservations, inquiries, and internal communications effectively.
- Monitor security protocols by conducting CCTV surveillance and ensuring the safety of guests and staff during night shifts.
- Assist with resolving guest complaints or issues efficiently to uphold high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality roles with a focus on night audit or front desk operations.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management practices and customer service excellence.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members.
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with hotel experience systems such as property management software (PMS) is preferred.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Resort experience or previous roles in luxury hotels is a plus for understanding high-end guest expectations.
