The Role
We're seeking a mid-level litigation attorney (3–7 years of experience) to manage a caseload of personal injury matters from litigation through resolution, including:
- Drafting and responding to pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Conducting legal research and preparing case strategy
- Negotiating with opposing counsel and insurance adjusters
- Preparing for and attending mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Collaborating with paralegals and support staff to manage case files efficiently
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California
- 3–7 years of litigation experience (preferably in personal injury, civil litigation, or insurance defense)
- Strong courtroom presence and deposition experience
- Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $125,000–$225,000, commensurate with experience
