As our lead installer, you will play a key role in shaping the business, establishing best practices, and eventually stepping into a leadership position as the division grows.

Role Requirements:
3+ years of gutter installation experience
Experience in managing employees
Experience in leading a crew and training installers
- A Class E driver's license and can pass a DOT physical
- Strong knowledge of gutter installation techniques and tools
- Ability to work at heights and on roofs
- Ability to lift heavy materials up to 50 lbs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Compensation:
$30 per hour

A gutter installer performs physical tasks like lifting heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), climbing ladders, and working at heights. The job requires bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. Manual dexterity is needed for using hand and power tools to install or repair gutters. Attention to detail and clear communication with team members and clients are essential.
