Primary Job Function: To provide service, maintenance and replacement of a wide variety of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
Desired Skills:
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record. *Must be insurable!
Successful completion of drivers license and background screenings.
5 years field experience working with a variety of heating and cooling systems.
EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License.
Customer service oriented.
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities ensuring service calls are handled thru final resolution.
Close attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments with changing priorities.
Possess superior interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively, professionally, and collaboratively with both internal and external clients.
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to educate and assist customers in choosing the best repair and replacement options along with maintenance plans.
Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems with the ability to favorably influence the customers decision.
Must be able to accurately account for and order materials/supplies as needed.
Constantly strive to continue education thru training from suppliers, seminars, independent study, etc.
Complete and submit required documentation for each job utilizing an iPad and our integrated software.
Maintain clean, neat, and professional appearance.
Work and drive safely with the ability to recognize and avoid dangerous situations.
Boiler experience a plus.
Ductwork sizing/installation experience a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
