As a Hotel Maintenance Technician we are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship to join our Maintenance Team.
Basic Purpose: Ensure the general condition of the hotel and grounds are maintained and repairs performed so that our guests enjoy and have an exceptional experience during their stay.
Requirements Include: General knowledge of maintenance trades, basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical aptitude for operation and repair of hotel equipment and tools, pool and ground maintenance.
Knowledgeable in all aspects of Hotel Operations Maintenance, including refrigeration, HVAC, boiler and emergency systems a plus but not required.
Job duties would include : Responding to guest's request/maintenance issues in a timely, efficient and professional manner; Guest room and public area maintenance; Monitoring Fire Alarm/Life Safety System including being fully informed on system operation and to handle emergencies involving the systems; Keeping accurate maintenance log and tracking system for required maintenance dates. Preventive Maintenance for entire hotel and equipment.
Must be able to work independently and in a team dynamic.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work up to heights of 20 feet.
Must be able to frequently stand, walk, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Must be able to work with moving and vibrating mechanical parts, tools and equipment, indoor and outdoor.
Must be able/willing to work holidays, weekends, all shifts and days.
Must be willing to work on call for emergencies.
Must have reliable transportation.
