Lead Residential Roofer (Tile & Shingle)
Rim Country Roofing is seeking an experienced Lead Residential Roofer with strong tile roofing experience. We are looking for a dependable individual who can help lead crews, maintain quality workmanship, and keep projects moving efficiently.
Requirements:
- 5+ years roofing experience
- Extensive tile roofing experience required
- Shingle roofing experience preferred
- Ability to lead and train crew members
- Reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Strong attendance and work ethic
- Ability to work safely in Arizona summer conditions
Responsibilities:
- Install and oversee residential tile and shingle roofing projects
- Maintain quality workmanship and jobsite safety
- Train and assist less experienced crew members
- Communicate project progress and material needs
- Help maintain production goals and company standards
Work performed throughout Phoenix, Verde Valley, Prescott, and Northern Arizona.
Pay based on experience, production, and leadership ability.
Full-time work available.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 60.0 per week
