Position Overview:
We are seeking a confident, on-camera personality to host engaging and interactive live streams that drive product awareness and sales. The ideal candidate is energetic, comfortable being on their feet for extended periods, thrives in front of the camera, and has a background in content creators, on-camera hosts, performing arts majors, or experienced livestreamers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host lively and interactive live streams on platforms such as TikTok, showcasing FeelinGirl products in a way that educates, entertains, and sells.
- Present product benefits clearly and enthusiastically, demonstrating fit, function, and styling tips.
- Engage with live audiences, respond to questions in real time, and build trust with viewers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align live stream content with campaigns, promotions, and brand messaging.
- Track live performance data and share feedback to help optimize future sessions.
- Stay current with trends in social commerce, shapewear, and online live selling.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in hosting, acting, performing, or live selling.
- Active on social media, ideally with 5K+ Instagram followers or 10K+ TikTok followers
- Strong, confident on-camera presence with excellent communication skills.
- High energy, engaging personality, and the ability to maintain enthusiasm throughout long sessions.
- Comfortable standing, walking, or posing for extended periods while presenting products.
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
- Passion for body positivity, fashion, or shapewear is a strong plus.

We are currently seeking a Brand Ambassador to join our live streaming team in Manhattan, NYC. This is a full-time or part-time on-site role. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for hosting live streams on TikTok, engaging with viewers, showcasing products (including wearing shapewear on camera), and driving sales.
You’ll create a fun, dynamic, and energetic live environment to attract and retain viewers. Strong communication and presentation skills, along with an eye for trends and a talent for engaging content, are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Active on social media, posting 2–3 times per week, with a follower count of at least 5K
- Prior experience as a live stream host or similar role preferred, but not required
- Experience working with wigs, apparel, shapewear, or undergarments is highly preferred
- Background in retail sales or e-commerce business development is a plus
- Strong understanding of TikTok, including current trends and platform features
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Ability to create an engaging, positive, and inclusive live-streaming atmosphere
- Comfortable being on camera and modeling shapewear during live broadcasts
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills for streaming equipment and platforms
- Flexibility to adjust to changing schedules and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
