Physical Therapist Outpatient
Location: Zanesville & Coshocton, Ohio
Pay Rate: $2,600 To $2,800/week
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8-hour day shifts with varied start times
Experience: Minimum 2 years required
About the Role
We are seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract opportunity supporting clinics in Zanesville and Coshocton, Ohio. This role focuses on adult outpatient physical therapy, including orthopedic, general medical/surgical, and neurological diagnoses, with documentation completed in EPIC.
Responsibilities
Provide outpatient physical therapy services for adult patients
Evaluate and treat orthopedic, neurological, general medical, and post-surgical conditions
Support specialty therapy services including concussion, vestibular, lymphedema, pelvic control, and dry needling as applicable
Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, function, and patient outcomes
Document evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately using EPIC
Requirements
Active Ohio Physical Therapist License Required
Minimum 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS/BCLS Certification Required
EPIC experience preferred
Must be able to work across both Zanesville and Coshocton locations, Monday Friday schedule, and weekend call rotation
