Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely food service during all shifts
- Lead food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining authentic Mediterranean flavors and presentation standards
- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and skill development
- Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen areas
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development to keep offerings innovative and aligned with culinary trends
- Coordinate with catering and banquet teams to deliver exceptional service for special events and large functions
Skills
- Proven experience in banquet settings, fine dining establishments, or restaurant management with a focus on Mediterranean cuisine
- Strong supervisory skills with demonstrated team management and leadership abilities
- Extensive knowledge of food production, preparation techniques, and food handling safety protocols
- Experience in inventory management, cost control, and kitchen operations efficiency
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead staff and collaborate with other departments
- Ability to manage shift schedules, oversee food service management, and ensure high standards of hospitality

Pay: $30,000.00 - $61,382.02 per year
