About the Role
We’re hiring a dependable, skilled Maintenance Technician to support residential apartment communities in Bucks County. You’ll complete work orders, perform repairs, assist with turnovers, and keep the properties running smoothly. This is a stable, full‑time role with consistent hours, a supportive team, and opportunities for growth.
What You’ll Do
- Complete work orders: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance
- Prepare vacant apartments for move‑in (turns/make‑readies)
- Assist with inspections and follow‑up repairs
- Respond to emergency on‑call situations (rotating schedule)
- Maintain tools, supplies, and company equipment
- Help with snow removal and seasonal tasks
- Provide great customer service to residents
What You Bring
- 1+ year of apartment or residential maintenance experience
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
- Ability to manage work orders and prioritize tasks
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- HVAC certification a plus (not required)
