The Way You Say LLC is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide services at our office in Englewood, NJ.

Position Details:
- Location: On-site at our office in Englewood, NJ
- Hours: Therapists with availability any days and times are welcome to apply (***any Friday thru Sunday availability is preferred***)
- Population: Pediatric clients, primarily with developmental and/or behavioral needs
- Rate: $90–$100 per hour, based on experience
Requirements:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in New Jersey
- Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary setting
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor (1099)
